Do you ship for free?
Yes — standard shipping is free on contiguous U.S. orders of $35 or more before tax. Smaller orders use a flat $5.95 standard rate.
How do I choose weight?
20 lb is common for drafts and everyday printing. 24–32 lb works better for duplex and finished handouts. 80–110 lb covers photo and cardstock needs.
Can I return opened paper?
Opened reams are only eligible if they arrived damaged or incorrect. Unopened items can be returned within 30 days. See the Returns policy for details.
